Keep track of what you have in the kitchen at any given moment! Update it once or twice a week, or (ideally) you remember to modify the manifest as you assemble ingredients for mise en place. Recipes are linked to your inventory so you can bubble up dishes you have most of the ingredients for. The inventory also decays over time so you know what's fresh. Soon, the template will be updated with a database of food establishments so you can add takeaway or eating out (when ever that's possible again) to your meal plan.
